If you're trying to play/connect on JamKazam from a non-home network - e.g. an office or a school or some other business/enterprise type of a network - those networks are usually locked down much tighter than a home network, and they will block the kind of streaming that JamKazam does. There is nothing that you, as an end user, can do to get around this. The only way to make this work is for the IT/network administrator to update the network settings to allow for JamKazam to work on that network.
