To change the email address associated with your JamKazam account, start by going to the JamKazam website and signing in, if needed. Then click the Identity link under the Account header in the left nav bar (pictured below with arrow).
Assuming you remember your current password, then in the Email form (see above), enter your current password in the Current Password box. Enter the new email address you want to use in the New Email box. And then click the Save Email button. If you want to be sure you're entering your password correctly, you can click the eyeball icon in the box to show the text you are entering, and click the eyeball icon again to obscure the text you are entering (this is a security feature to keep others from seeing your password, so be careful when making the clear text of your password visible).
We require you to enter your current password to change your email address as a security measure. Otherwise, someone else could potentially go to this page on your computer and change the email address on your account, gaining access to your account on other systems and locking you out of your account.
