To change the password for your JamKazam account, start by going to the JamKazam website and signing in, if needed. Then click the Identity link under the Account header in the left nav bar (pictured below with arrow).
Assuming you remember your current password, then in the Password form (see above), enter your current password in the Current Password box. Enter the new password you want to use in the New Password box. And then click the Save Password button. If you want to be sure you're entering either password correctly, you can click the eyeball icon in the box to show the text you are entering, and click the eyeball icon again to obscure the text you are entering (this is a security feature to keep others from seeing your password, so be careful when making the clear text of your password visible).
We require you to enter your current password to change your password as a security measure. Otherwise, someone else could potentially go to this page on your computer and change the password on your account, gaining access to your account on other systems and locking you out of your account.
If you cannot remember your current password, you can click the blue "click here" text link in the paragraph under the Save Password button. This will send a password reset email (pictured below) to the email address associated with your JamKazam account. Check your inbox for this email, and if you can't find it there, check your Spam folder as well.
Click the Reset Password button in the email, and a password reset page will be displayed in your browser (pictured below).
Enter the new password you want to use for your JamKazam account, and click the Reset Password button.
