To download and install a Presonus ASIO driver for your Presonus audio interface, start by going here in your browser: https://www.presonus.com/pages/support-documents-downloads. You will see the Presonus downloads page (pictured below).
Select Audio Interfaces in the left column. Then select the interface you have in the middle column (e.g. the AudioBox USB 96). And in the right column, select the operating system you're running - either Windows 11 or Windows 10 64-bit. Then click the Show Results button at the bottom of the page.
Click the link at the top of the right column. This is a list of different versions of the same software driver. As a general rule, you always want to be running the most recent version of the software driver (which in this case is at the top of the list). This will download the driver installer through your browser. When the download has completed, double click the .exe file to run the installer, and follow the on-screen instructions to install the driver on your computer.
When finished, we advise you restart your computer, and then you'll be ready to set up your Presonus audio interface with the JamKazam app.
