From time to time, you may need to update your method of payment (e.g. your credit card expires or is compromised by fraud). To do this, go to https://www.jamkazam.com/client#/home in your browser (pictured below).

Click on the Account tile (pictured above with arrow). You will now see the Account page. Click the View button on the Payments row (pictured below with arrow).

You now see the Payments screen (pictured below). This screen typically defaults to display your Payment Method information. You can click the "Payments to JamKazam" tile to display your history of payments, or click the "Payment Method" tile to display your current payment method on file.

If you already have a payment method on file with JamKazam, you'll see a text message displayed "You have a payment method on file already". To update your payment method, click the gray "I'd Like to Update My Payment Info" button (pictured below with arrow).

Setting Up a Credit Card as Your Payment Method

When you click the button to update your payment method, a typical form is displayed for your credit card information, including your name, address, credit card number, expiration date, and CVV code (pictured below). (If you prefer to use PayPal, scroll down for instructions in the next section of this help article.)

If you prefer to pay using a credit card, simply update the information in this form, and then click the orange "Submit Card Information" button. You will see a confirmation message displayed, indicating you have successfully updated your payment information.

Setting Up PayPal as Your Payment Method

If you prefer to pay using PayPal, then do not put your information in the credit card form that is displayed. Instead, click the yellow PayPal button. A PayPal login window is displayed (pictured below).

Enter the email address or mobile phone number associated with your PayPal account, and click the Next button. The window updates with the next step (pictured below).

Click the "Get a Code" button (or the "Try another way" text link if you prefer an alternative authentication mechanism). The window updates to let you input the code you were sent by PayPal (pictured below).

Enter the code. The window updates again (pictured below). Click the "Agree and Continue" button. The window disappears, and a confirmation message is displayed, indicating you have successfully set up PayPal as a payment method on your JamKazam account.
