JamKazam offers a free-to-play plan, as well as silver, gold, and platinum premium subscription plans. In addition, we offer both monthly and annual premium subscription plan options (annual plans are discounted relative to monthly plans). To understand your options, please read this help article that explains the various plans and what you get with each.
Once you have decided which plan is right for you, to update the subscription plan associated with your JamKazam account, start by going to the JamKazam website and signing in, if needed. Then click the Subscription link under the Account header in the left nav bar (pictured below with arrow).
In the Current Plan form, your preferred plan is displayed in the Subscription Plan box. If you want to change your plan, simply click on that box, and a list of all free and paid monthly and annual plans is displayed (pictured below).
Simply scroll through the options, click on the one you want, and click the Save Plan button.
If you are on the Gold or Platinum plan, your play time is unlimited. However, the Silver plan is limited to 10 hours play time per month, and the Free plan is limited to 4 hours play time per month. For these two plan types, you can visit this page to check how much time you've used and how much you have left in the Play Time form.
