Before becoming a JamKazam affiliate, you must first sign up for a regular JamKazam user account. If you haven't done this yet, then go to the JamKazam website here: https://jamkazam.com/. Click the "Join Today, Play Free!" button on the home page, and follow the on-screen instructions to sign up for your JamKazam user account.
After you have signed up for a user account, you can then sign up as an affiliate. To do this, go to the JamKazam website here: https://beta.jamkazam.com/affiliate/agreement. You can also navigate to this page by clicking on the Agreement link under the Affiliate header in the left nav bar of the new website (see blue arrow in screenshot below).
On this page, scroll through the agreement to review all the terms, and then scroll to look at the bottom of the page (screenshot below).
If you are acting as an individual, you can simply click the "I am entering into this Agreement as an individual" radio button and then click the blue "I Agree" button, and your affiliate account will be immediately created.
If you are acting on behalf of a company, you should click the "I am executing this Agreement on behalf of the company or entity listed below" (see screenshot below).
If you make this selection, you must enter the name of the company or entity on behalf of which you are executing this agreement, and you must select the company/entity type (e.g. sole proprietorship, LLC, corporation, etc) from the list box, and then click the blue "I Agree" button.
