If you aren't already on the download page, you can go here to download the JamKazam Windows app: https://www.jamkazam.com/downloads. When you click the download button, the JamKazam app installer for Windows will download where files typically download through your browser (pictured below with arrow for Chrome).

Click the downloaded file to open and run the installer, and you will see the welcome screen of the installer. Click the Next button (pictured below with arrow).

You now see the installer ready screen. Click the Install button to start the installer (pictured below with arrow).

When you click the Install button, you will likely see a Windows prompt asking if you want the JamKazam installer to make a change to your Windows computer. Please say "yes" to give the installer permission to install the JamKazam app. The installer will run, and when it has completed the app installation, you will see the completed screen. Leave the "Start JamKazam" box checked, and click the Finish button (pictured below with arrow).

The JamKazam app will automatically launch, and you now see the home screen of the app. Click the yellow "Sign In" text link in the upper right corner of the screen (pictured below with arrow).

You now see the Sign In app screen. Please enter the email address and password you set up for your account when you signed up earlier in this process on the JamKazam website. Then click the orange Sign In button (pictured below with arrow).

You now see the home screen of the JamKazam app, and you see your name in the upper right corner of the screen (pictured below with arrow), indicating that you have successfully signed in and are now ready to start using the JamKazam app.
