If you have your gear and you're ready to set it up, use this help article as your guide and jumping off point to get everything set up and ready to play. We'll point you to each of the help articles you'll need to follow to get set up successfully. Here we go!


1. Signing Up & Installing the App

The first thing you need to do is to sign up for a JamKazam user account, and then download and install the JamKazam app. Click here for instructions for Windows users or click here for instructions for Mac users.


2. Installing Audio Interface Software

The next thing to do is to install a piece of software called a "driver" that makes your audio interface work (and work as fast as possible) on your computer. Click here for instructions for Windows users or click here for instructions for Mac users.


3. Setting Up Your Audio Interface

This is a big one, so we're going to cover it in multiple parts, stepping through the JamKazam setup wizard as we go.



4. Setting Up Your Internet Connection Properly

5. Setting Up Your Webcam (Or Multiple Webcams)
